Custom Side Table
It's been a little cold for painting, but Becca Designs is still busy at work.
The table pictured above was purchased over the summer for only 5.00 including the glass. It was sturdy and in great shape, but needed the right fabric for the finishing touch.

This is a custom sewn project by BD.
The table is currently being used in a Master Bedroom as a side table but has the versatility to work as an entry table in your foyer or as an accent piece in your living room.
We hope you are inspired to find new ways to freshen up a useful piece into a beautiful one in your home. If you would like BD to create a custom piece for you, contact us here.

Katrina
This original and one of a kind piece is an early Becca Designs was made from boards harvested from Hurricane Katrina in 2005.
Katrina was the largest hurricane ever recorded to make landfall in the U.S. and it is from that disaster that a piece of art was made. The boards were not cut or altered but puzzled together to give a customer a rustic piece of art work with a modern spin for her beautiful and colorful Gulf shores home.

Client Inspiration: Nashvegas Bedroom
Nashvegas Bedroom by bdbeccadesigns
Here's a little inspiration for a BD client in Nashville, TN. The young couple currently lives in a town home and is ready for an updated and sophisticated Master Bedroom. Given that they are not allowed to paint any walls, our goal is to provide them with quality pieces that they can take with them from their current place to their future home.

French Flair Makeover
Welcome, friends to one of our latest projects over here at becca designs.
A BD client recently purchased a table and chairs from a local consignment shop. The original pieces have a traditional silhouette and stain, but our client wanted a lighter, more updated look with a French flair.
A BD client recently purchased a table and chairs from a local consignment shop. The original pieces have a traditional silhouette and stain, but our client wanted a lighter, more updated look with a French flair.
To get the effect, a combination of paints and waxes were used from CeCe Caldwell’s
paint line. In particular, Young Kansas Wheat, Vintage White Clear Wax and Dark Wax were used to achieve the final result. The seats on the chairs have a fiber
rush weave, so in order to update the more traditional and natural fiber, we gave
them a white wash.
Our client was thrilled
with the result and frankly we were as well!
